Location & Directions
Boulder Office
The Boulder office is located close to the Haystack Mountain Golf Course at 5829 Niwot Road, between North 55th Street and North 63rd street.
Directions from Boulder
- Take Foothills Parkway heading north.
- Foothills Parkway will become "The Diagonal" or Colorado 119.
- At North 63rd Street, turn "slightly" left.
- At Niwot Road, turn left.
- 5829 Niwot Rd will be on your right.
- Turn into the driveway and park.
- Come to the front door.

Cherry Creek Office
The Cherry Creek office is at Colorado Heart Imaging, which is at 201 Columbine Street, which is north of the Cherry Creek Shopping Center at the corner of Columbine Street and East 2nd Street. The office is east of University Boulevard.
Directions from the North
- Take I-25 South to the Speer Boulevard South exit (212A).
- Merge onto East Speer Boulevard.
- East Speer Boulevard becomes East 1st Avenue.
- At Josephine Street, turn left.
- At East 2nd Avenue, turn right.
- At Columbine Street, turn left.
- End at 201 Columbine Street.
- Go to Suite 150.
